NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to the provisions of RCW 35A.63.220, on Wednesday, October 10, 2012, commencing at 7:00 pm or so after as the matter may be called, a public hearing will be held by the McCleary City Council on the matter of the adoption of Ordinance 782 imposing a moratorium upon the allowance of marijuana collective gardens and medical marijuana dispensaries and related issues. The hearing will be held in the Council Chambers located at 100 S. 3rd Street, McCleary.
