I walked by two boys finishing up their mayhem here and looked round to see if any adults were keeping an eye on them. Didn't see any adults keeping watch.
On my way back the kids were gone but the damage remained. Two boys did all this with rocks.If they are local one might be identified as having a nice haircut (maybe fresh for school time) with his hair also dyed blue (I think blue, some non-natural color anyway).
