City of McCleary Ordinance No. 782 adopted August 22, 2012 establishes a moratorium concerning medical marijuana dispensaries and collective gardens, a synopsis of the ordinance was published in The Vidette legal notices last week. Unless extended, the moratorium will last 6 months.
Copy of the full Ordinance can be obtained during usual business hours City Hall.
