When Thunder Roars, Go Indoors!
That was quite the storm last night. Thunder and lightning rocked and rolled.
Why did the softball game and outdoor entertainment continue during a raging thunder storm?
Why wasn't the storm used as a teachable moment to educate folks about the danger of lightning, why wasn't everyone encouraged to get to safety?
82% of people killed by lightning 1995 - 2008 are men.
