The City of McCleary has started up their Energy Conservation Program and I encourage everyone in town to look it over. There are reimbursement possibilities for quite a range of items - from $4 for compact fluorescent bulbs to $1,800 for a New Built Green 5 Star Home with a PTCS Heat Pump.
