Vital downtown seen as key to way of life (Update: link broken)

Some updates:
- Mike's Market has been closed for awhile and is for sale
- Video store is gone
- No skateboard park
- Library has been expanded and moved to key downtown location as planned
- McCleary Bear Festival continues
